I bought 100g to try it out.
The only side effect was a hot flash, and the effect lasted about 6 hours in my case. The hot flash lasted 12 hours.

These are my personal impressions from my first time using it. I took it on an empty stomach and the effects appeared within about 15 minutes. I can't say there were no side effects, but I did feel a little hot. I think the duration also varies from person to person, but for me I was hard-on for about four hours (^^;; I was able to do it three times with my partner. It really does work.
